What fares apply for children and youth?
Youth, (12 - 17), pay 50%. Children, 11 years or younger, travel free. Limited to two pr. full paying passenger.
My flight is arriving late a night, will there be an Airport Express transfer available?
Yes, we do schedule departures 25 - 45 minutes after each arriving flight. We recommend you make a booking so we can carefully monitor your flight and be there for you.
My flight is delayed, will I miss my Airport Express transfer?
No, we do monitor announcements of delays by Isavia, the operator of the Keflavik Airport. If you have a booking with us and we have your flight number, we know when you are arriving.
Can I change my booking if I have already confirmed it online?

Do I have to order in advance to book a seat?
We strongly recommend making a booking. However, departures are scheduled around all departures and arrivals. We always expect a number of walk ups.
Do your buses have free WIFI?
Yes, all the buses of our modern fleet offer high speed WIFI. You may experience some limitations due to difficult terrain and shadows in operator network coverage.
Where does Airport Express drop me off?
You can select our terminal to terminal service which will take you to our Bus Terminal at Holtagardar 10, 104 Reykjavik or opt for the door to door service to select from more than 160 different drop off point, including all major hotels and guesthouses.
Where are your terminal stops?
Our main Gray Line Bus Terminal is at Holtagarðar 10. Our other terminal is at our sales office at Hafnarstræti 20, please note that due to construction that bus stop is at Safnahúsið, on the corner of Ingólfsstræti and Hverfisgata
Why do you need my flight number?
The Airport Express schedule is based on flight arrivals and departures. If we have your flight info we know exactly when to expect you and can make the necessary arrangements in case of delays, cancellations or changes to your itinerary.
How do I use a promo code?
Look for the "Your Code" field during the payment process. It is right next to where you enter your payment information.

Can I bring a bicycle on the bus?
You are welcome to bring your bicycle for an additional cost of ISK 2500
